This has been the best decision I've made for my health. It is helping me move better and helping with pain. 
Also, the community, for me, is extraordinarily helpful. Reading others struggles, solutions and wins helps keep me motivated. 
Tom's constant upbeat attitude, genuine love to assist however he can, is not only heartwarming, it's inspiring. 
The weekly live calls are always informative. 
Starting the day with 5 minutes really has set me up for success for the rest of my day.
