Client is tasking me with "fixing" their SEO without touching their website, would software should I use merchynt or SearchAtals?

I'm about to land a client whos an interior designer working with clients that spend 400K- 1million so she's not bothered about conversions, just want more visibility & SEO and AI SEO (which I don't know much about) can anyone suggest any tips or even a price point that I can offer her? happy to do a split on the MRR
