is working out in the house with the comfort of knowing where everything is better or going to the gym better as there will be less distractions? i am wondering which one is better as i work alot.

Both are beneficial. Gym is better since there’s more advanced equipment, but if you have a tight schedule, home workouts are best.

@Khojo Champion find somebody you know thats already successful in tech field and start to learn from that individual. Secondly, help yourself. You got no job, find one, get in the gym, start reprogramming your mind

When shopping, if u can’t buy a product 3x, don’t buy it. Always pay my future self (Roth IRA, invest in business, various assets)
