What to focus on resume writing specifically when applying for different roles . Any have any beat format plz suggest @everyone

I think it actually all depends, what kind of job you are applying, for instance, if you are applying building operator job their demand is different you have to do basic maintenance of building as well as operating, on the other if you apply in manufacturing plant their demand is different they want you to troubleshoot the machinery like a maintenance man similar like a mechanic. So I would suggest you when applying see what they demand and rephrase in your resume.

Team as 4 th class PE how years experience i need to achieve 3 rd class PE (exams i know to pass)?

You have to pass Four Exams, you can see the breakdown of that four exams on the www.powerengineering101.com Also you have to be employed as a Shift Engineer for 1 year for firing time, if you complete a course it can be reduced by 6 months.
