Tons of planning going on here, Moving to Wisconsin next week 17th to go fix my 43rd operation, starting new off skool workshops (for businesses) our pilot is the 22nd, debating on rent or invest in the WI place. Yeah lots going on so glad to finally be out of last season was tough drudging through that one.
Let's talk roast levels.. ☕
I am between medium and dark roast. I have the strong flavors but I do love my milk and sugar. Did you know, In the United States, 49% of coffee drinkers prefer medium roast, 28% prefer dark roast, and 12% prefer light roast. Only 11% of coffee drinkers have no specific preference. What's your go to?

Company Culture: The Invisible Engine of Success
Company culture isn't just about perks, happy hours, or mission statements framed on the wall. It's how people work together when no one is watching. A strong culture aligns teams, fuels motivation, and attracts top talent—but a weak or toxic culture can drain energy and drive people away. Some key elements of a winning company culture: ✅ Clear Values – Does your team actually live by them? ✅ Accountability – Ownership over excuses. ✅ Collaboration – Silos kill momentum. ✅ Growth Mindset – Learning > Ego. ✅ Purpose – People don’t just work for a paycheck; they work for meaning. Culture isn’t a one-time initiative; it’s built daily in how leaders lead, teams communicate, and challenges are tackled. 💡 What’s one thing you’d change or improve about your company culture today?

I think people throw this term around instead of nurturing it. Like here are our values go do it... LOL You gave great tips here that I do recommend, also I would add in here to make sure people feel 1. like they belong and 2. are valued. Now this is going to vary by individual - so yes it is a lot of work.
Weekend Vibes: How Are You Spending It? 🌿☀️
The weekend is here! Some people unwind, others hustle, and a few do both. Whether you're out in nature, working on your business, or just recharging, how you spend your time says a lot about your mindset. For me, if I had the chance, I’d be out on a ranch—enjoying the open air, working with the land, and embracing the freedom that comes with it. 💭 What about you? Are you resting, grinding, or doing a bit of both? Drop your weekend plans below! 👇
