@Kevin De Garcia thanks! I used Agent Opus to create this.

I used the "script to video" option and it did all the work. It is a very powerful program. Also, I cloned my voice to use for voice over. Another option is "audio to video." Check out the first two minutes of this video where I used the script to video option and let me know what you think.

@Michelle Lesesne-De Santis you want to provide people with a variety of value. For example your videos can include some kind of attached resource. My goal is to provide visuals within the resources. For example, I am working on a worksheet resource that will make people think, act, and apply. For example: “Channel Clarity Worksheet” - My channel is about: __________ - My audience is: __________ - The problem I solve is: __________ - What makes my channel different is: __________ - This forces them to take action. Other resources can be a template, handout, etc. It all depends on your niche. Also, ask your community what kind of resources they need. Does this help?

@Nikki Clark you can do it! I teach an online research course that ends with my students completing a video presentation of their project. Most of my female students are camera shy for various reasons. Some feel like they need to fix their hair, makeup, etc. I totally understand! However, all of them want to see me as their professor in every video I create because they say it makes them feel like we are connected. Zoom sessions are also great for connecting with your community.

🚀 Struggling to Pick a YouTube Niche? Start Here.
Choosing a YouTube niche means finding a focused topic where you can consistently create content that people want to watch. 🎥The goal is to find the intersection of three things: what you enjoy ❤️, what people are searching for 🔍, and what you can create regularly 📅. 1️⃣ Start With Your Interests and Skills 🎯 Ask yourself: - What topics do I enjoy talking about? 😊 - What do I have experience or knowledge in? 📚 - What could I create videos about every week? 📅 For example, you already work in areas like education 🎓, kids content 🧒, technology tips 💻, and cybersecurity 🔐, which are strong starting points. 2️⃣ Look for Problems You Can Solve 🧠 Good niches usually solve a problem or teach something useful. Think about: - What questions do people often ask? ❓ - What skills do people want to learn? 🛠️ - What mistakes can you help people avoid? ⚠️ Example niches: - Kids cybersecurity lessons 🛡️ - AI tools for teachers 🤖 - Simple tech tips for beginners 💡 3️⃣ Check Demand 📊 Search YouTube and see: - Are people already watching videos on the topic? 👀 - Do videos get thousands of views? 📈 - Are there many comments or questions? 💬 Tools that help: - YouTube search suggestions 🔎 - Google Trends 📊 - TubeBuddy or VidIQ 🧰 4️⃣ Narrow the Topic 🎯 Instead of a broad niche, choose a specific sub-niche. Example: Too broad:Technology 💻 Better:Cybersecurity for kids 🔐 Even better:Fun animated cybersecurity lessons for kids 🎬🧒 5️⃣ Check Competition 🏁 If big channels dominate a topic, try a unique angle: - A specific audience 👥 - A unique style 🎨 - A teaching format 📖 Example:Instead of “internet safety,” you created cartoon characters teaching cybersecurity to kids, which is a strong differentiator. 🐱🎣 6️⃣ Test Content 🧪 Post 10–20 videos and watch the analytics: - Which videos get more views? 👀 - Which topics keep people watching? ⏱️ - Which ones get comments? 💬 Your audience will often tell you what your niche should be. ⭐ Simple Formula
