Stay Consistent
Listen, this is gonna change your life. It's not about crushing it one day, it's about consistency - day in, day out. You're just chillin', adding another check mark to your calendar. It's not supposed to be easy. And yeah, prioritizing yourself might mean sacrificing some cash flow, I get it. Bills ain't gonna pay themselves. But take care of yourself, man. You only got one body.

As you reflect on your goals, consider whether prioritizing health is a key part of your vision. Jim Rohn wisely noted, "If you want a better life, work harder on yourself than you do on your job." For me, this wisdom came through personal experience. I once prioritized financial gain and a fast-paced lifestyle, but a significant life change refocused my priorities. I began my journey one day at a time, shedding detrimental habits and embracing a healthier path. In 2021, weighing over 200 pounds and struggling with depression, I discovered running and boxing – outlets that became catalysts for transformation. I progressed to running marathons and achieving fitness milestones, only to encounter a setback in 2024. However, this experience taught me a valuable lesson, and I'm recommitting to my health and wellness in 2025, determined to maintain my progress and continue growing.
