I’m Not Ready to Let This Summer Go 🤍
Summer is starting to wind down, and I’ve been thinking about how grateful I am for the slower moments this season gave me. 🤍 Time on the farm. Getting my hands dirty. Being with my family. Laughing at things that probably wouldn’t be funny to anyone else. And most of all, getting to spend this time with my dad. There’s something about being back on the farm that reminds me what actually matters. Life gets busy. We’re always looking toward the next thing, asking God what’s coming, where He’s leading us, what we’re supposed to be doing next. But sometimes His greatest gifts are sitting right in front of us. This summer, I’ve tried to be present for them. For the ordinary days. For family. For Dad. For the farm. For the conversations and memories I know I’ll someday wish I could have just one more of. As summer comes to an end, I’m not quite ready to rush into the next season. I’m just really thankful for this one. 🤍 What’s one thing from this summer you want to hold onto a little longer?
The pool!! I'd hold onto the pool year round if I could. I only got in the pool for the first time this season on Sunday with my brother. It was awesome and made me sad we had not gotten in before now. It stays warm awhile in Texas, so we have a little more time. But the water is so peaceful and comforting and amazing on a hot day. It's an instant calming tool.
A Moment of Stillness Before Easter Weekend 🤍
Before you move into the weekend… Before the plans, the conversations, the expectations… Pause here for a moment. This week may have felt full. Full of thoughts. Full of emotions. Full of things asking for your attention. But not everything that felt loud… was meant to be carried forward. Close your eyes for just a second and take a slow breath in. And as you exhale, imagine releasing the weight of the week — the overthinking, the pressure, the “what ifs,” the conversations replaying in your mind. You don’t need to solve anything right now. You don’t need to figure anything out tonight. Clarity doesn’t come from forcing. It comes from creating space. And this weekend — especially as we move toward Easter — is an invitation back to stillness… back to trust… back to remembering that you are not doing life alone. God is not asking you to carry everything. Your angels are not waiting for you to be perfect. They are simply waiting for you to become quiet enough to hear. So instead of asking yourself:“What do I need to fix?” Ask yourself: “What can I release?” Let this weekend be softer. Let it be slower. Let it be guided. And most importantly —let it be enough 🤍

Happy Easter Kourtney, thank you for that beautiful reading. I needed to hear it, too. Sending love & light💙🩵
Where Are You Self-Silencing?
Be honest. Where do you edit yourself before speaking? With clients? With your partner? Online? With family? Comment the room where you shrink. Awareness is the beginning of authority.

Sometimes I think I might need to edit more. I tell the truth with zero sugar coating, a lot. But I wish others would, too.

@Kourtney Levens It matters who I tell it to, if its received well.
What’s Creating the Most Noise Right Now?
Before the week picks up momentum, pause for a moment. What’s currently creating the most internal “noise” for you? Is it a decision? A relationship? Money? Confidence? Something you can’t quite name? Drop one word in the comments. No fixing. No over-explaining. Just awareness. Let’s bring it into the light.
