@Adam Morsel Waiting my false grip pull ups and rows are getting significantly stronger now but the transition phase for muscle ups especially the L-Sit slow muscle up on straight bar feels so much stress on my forearms.
Slow muscle ups on the straight bar
The transition phase seems more troublesome. Where should i focus on more. My shoulder extension strength or my scapula depression strength. Educate me bro 🙌🏻

@Adam Morsel to be honest brother my false grip is quite weak. I can manage to get 30 seconds dead hangs or 3 pull ups only with the false grip. I know i have been training to hold the bar with normal grip throughout my training phase. My biggest problem is not the pain its my elbows my forearms are literally as big as my biceps so when i try to hold the false grip on the straight bar i can’t completely extend my elbows. My elbows are always partially flexed. Due to my arm wrestling trainings did in the past my wrist flexors are far more developed than usual size preventing me now from complete wrist flexion and pronation of the elbow.

May be more external rotation of the shoulder might help..?
Need Your Input
Hey guys, I'd like to get your input towards building the next educational project on here. I have a few ideas but would like to know what you prefer overall to be made first. 1. Calisthenics Skills Course (cover everything needed for the 10 main skills - L-sit - Planche) 2. Complete One Arm Handstand Course (all Variations/ all Equipment/ Drills/Mechanics) 3. Full Exercise Library (categorised into playlists - Push/Pull/Legs - Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced)

1. Will be much useful for all all intermediate Athletes.
Strength imbalance while doing the advance tuck front lever
feel i have slight strength in-balance on my left lats when i do the adv tuck front lever hold the last 5 seconds i can clearly feel my right side lats getting all the activation but none or less activation on my left lats. I do train unilateral rowing and pulling movements to pay more attention gaining strength on my left posterior chain muscles. Any way with calisthenics alone i can strengthen my weak muscles in the left side of the posterior chain.?

Just to mention that my muscle ups are also biased at the transition phase where you can clearly see my right shoulder is more stronger doing the high pull ups. Your opinion matters alot man. Guide me 🤲🏼

@Adam Morsel Copied that! Thank you so much brother. I will fix the mains. So the muscle/strength imbalance is something i shouldn’t be bothered that much when training with light bands. I can normally do more than 5 chest level pull ups. One more question should externally or internally rotated shoulders give more height while performing high pull ups. ?
