Quick & Easy Beany Brownies
Ingredients: 2 cans black beans, 1/2 c oats, 1/2 c cacao powder, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, 10 dates, vanilla, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 c maple syrup, 1/2 c soy milk, 2 Tbl natural pb, optional topping per taste (I used Enjoy Life mini chips & chopped pecans) 1. combine all in food processor 2. Line a square baking pan w parchment (give yourself handles, it should fold over the edges) 3. Pour into a the batter & spread out evenly 4. Bake at 350 degrees 45 min 5. Let cool in pan. 6. Use parchment to lift out onto a cutting board. 7. Slice into 12 squares. NOTE: store in air tight container in fridge. these freeze well!*** Per usual, NO animals harmed in the making of this deliciousness! Put good things in!
