God, You know that I need You. I’m sorry for all the times I’ve pretended that I’m fine on my own. Please forgive me. Today, I come to You just as I am, and I give You all of my anxieties, cares, and worries. Please replace worry with peace, anxiety with hope, and concern with confident trust.
