My first goal was to walk away from work at 5pm and not take it home with me for more work life balance. This includes less rumination and to be more present. The evening exam was incredibly powerful in helping me wind down at night and, most importantly, helped me learn a lot about myself. Also, the morning meditations and visualizations gave me a lot of confidence before two job interviews. What I took away from the 14 days is how much I truly enjoy meditating and the significant impact it can make to my day. Also, the 14-days helped me realize how easy it is to easily incorporate into my day. I loved it!
