😍 Sunday Surprise 😍 ✌️ Queens, there is a new folder in your Classroom library that is called English Materials! 😍 ✌️ What can you find in it? Soon, there will be more materials, but I have finally started putting things together. Today, I uploaded a Places in Town material that includes my TikTok reel, a list of places in town in English, and personal FLASHCARDS I created just for YOU to practice! ✌️ 😵 But these flashcards are not just normal flashcards; they also include the pronunciation of all the words! 😍 Please check them out and let me know what do you think of them?? I'm planning on creating more of them, as many of you asked for pronunciation tips😍

✌️ENGLISH ADVERBS OF FREQUENCY, do you know them all?😍
✌️ English adverbs of frequency, do you know them? ‼️ But more importantly, can you use them in a sentence? Let's find out!✌️ Adverbs of frequency -> how often something happens 100% of the time = ALWAYS 90% USUALLY 80% GENERALLY 70% OFTEN 50% SOMETIMES 30% OCCASIONALLY 15% SELDOM 10% HARDLY EVER 5% RARELY 0% NEVER 😍Usage: ✌️Example -> I visit my grandparents on the weekend. -> I ALWAYS visit my grandparents on the weekend. Adverbs of frequency stand between the SUBJECT (I) and the VERB (visit) ‼️‼️‼️VERB TO BE‼️‼️‼️ Example -> The store is open at 9 pm, I bet they have many customers! -> The store is ALWAYS open at 9 pm, I bet they have many customers! ‼️When we use adverbs of frequency with the verb to be, we gotta be careful! ✌️Adverbs then stand between the VERB TO BE (is) and the VERB (open) 👇More examples👇 My sister hardly ever calls me during the week as she usually works long shifts from Monday to Friday. The store always opens at 7 am; unfortunately, when I went there yesterday, it was closed for reconstruction. I rarely speak French these days, unless I travel to Paris. This place is never busy; it seems like it's not as popular as the one across the street. 😍Now! Use some of them in sentences and comment below! 👇

✌️PHRASAL VERB SUNDAY✌️
✌️ Last week, the phrasal verb was to SET OFF, but this week, let's dive into something that sounds more like the weather we have been experiencing for the past few days here: TO COOL DOWN! ✌️ 👩🏼‍💻 Why? Most people in here have been complaining about how hot it's getting, and they are already fed up with the heat. It's not even summer yet.😆 😍 So you can use the phrasal verb to COOL DOWN when you are talking about decreasing the temperature, for example: Many people told me they cannot wait until the weather cools down a little. 😍 But there is one more way to use it. When we talk about controlling emotions, when we get mad, have an argument with someone, the person might use the phrasal verb to COOL DOWN to tell us to "relax" a bit. For example: You need to cool down a little before talking to her again. ✌️ So use them in sentences and don't forget to jump on the pronunciation call next week! ✌️
