š½ļø Eat Less, Work More, Live Better
We live in a time where food is everywhere. Super-sized. 24/7. Delivered to your door. But the Prophet ļ·ŗ taught us something different ā timeless wisdom that modern science is only just catching up to: āThe son of Adam does not fill a vessel worse than his stomach...ā(Tirmidhi) And he ļ·ŗ said: "It is sufficient for the son of Adam to eat a few mouthfuls to keep his back straight. If he must, then one third for food, one third for drink, and one third for air."(Ibn Majah) š” Science now proves it: - Eating less (especially fasting or smaller portions) boosts energy, brain clarity, and focus. - It reduces inflammation, improves metabolism, and increases discipline. - You feel lighter, move faster, and think sharper. - We were never meant to eat to the point of laziness. That feeling after a huge meal where you just want to crash? Not barakah. Thatās baggage. ā
When I started eating less, I worked more, slept better, and even prayed with more presence. The hunger reminded me of my purpose.
