Hi guys just want to give some advice thats hopefully helfpul
Throughout this year I realised how connected the body and mind are. I used to have so many physical problems, sciatica, lower back pain, stomach pain connecting to groin, constipation, penile mondors disease, sinus blockage but it all apperead slowly and the doctors suggestions wouldnt help me, one of them even suggested circumcision which woulda screwed me infinitely times more💀( don’t listen to your GPs blindly, they’ll probably give you temporary solutions instead of the actual cure to the root problem, I can’t blame them tho cuz the body is extremely complex and they can’t give you an accurate solution unless you are very aware of your body) Anyways , one day I got high as a kite, and I wanted to sleep but I couldn’t cuz I have insomnia BUT this was acc a good thing cuz that means I could relax my body without fully sleeping. So wat I did was shift my awareness to my body to see wats wrong and tried to fully relax my body. Basically what I found out was that my pelvic floor was always contracted and tight and that was my default state for the whole 22 years of my life. I’m assuming the main reason is because of asthma that caused me to always breath shallow and into my chest in short intervals, and singing along to songs also cuz I’d barely breathe full breaths so I had to reduce my music listening sessions significantly which is a shame( I used to sing/listen to songs all day) also very much has to do with bad habits like sitting all day. Anyways after realising it was my pelvic floor I had to put my awareness on it 24/7 pretty much so it wouldn’t contract and feel tight and the only thing that helped me with that was Diaphragmatic breathing. Guys we’ve been breathing wrong this whole time , and I can’t stress how important it is to breath properly, it’s pretty much life itself. You can even breathe deeply rn and notice how calm you are afterwards. I haven’t even gotten to the point where I can breathe thru stomach 24/7, unconsciously but wow it just puts ur mind at ease and stops you from being in a hyperactive agitating state. All in all I’d highly recommend you find what tension you have in ur body thru simple mediation and shifting ur awareness to ur body. The easiest way for me was using HHC while meditating ( I do t have access to real weed, if I could I would, natural is always better). The main places people have tension in the body is pelvic floor and jaw so tick those off first. Keep in mind the gym 100 percent makes the issue worse for ur pelvic floor so make sure you stretch before workouts, DRINK LOTS OF WATER , avoid anything extremely unnatural like protein powder . Walking is just as important as breathing also. But Yh after a couple of months my, no more digestive issues , no more sciatica or lower back pain , sinuses are unblocking cuz I’m breathing thru nose and into stomach, penile mondors is disappearing. Hope this helps someone but all in all. Breathe deeply. Walk a lot more often. I can’t emphasize how much this calmed my mind and dealt with my negative thoughts that were completely unrelated to my physical problem.
