Looking for advice (hopefully find some likeminded people also)
So my whole life I loved music but ever since I took drugs the enjoyment sky rocketed (weed and psychedelics). I’d be listening and crying tears of ecstasy, the most joy I think any1 could have for hours on end but recently my mind has become more aware of my body awareness , I noticed that my music sessions were also making my pelvic floor contracted so I can’t listen to music the same way wit the same movements as before so I stopped for now. Anytime I listen to music now I go back to my old body posture, relaxed/slouched so I had to cut it out completely pretty much and my main joy of life feels gone. The only reason I’m doing this also is cuz I know you can get kundalini and have 100x better hearing and hear all the sounds in the music which in turn I would avoid drugs. And Yh I know the music I listen to is deemed to be demonic but I don’t care. There’s no point in me living if I can’t enjoy my music. It’s pretty much life or death cuz everything feels dull to me without it. Every1 online says to not force kundalini but I don’t see any other option. It’s either that or drugs. I tried to ignore the want for kundalini but it’s always there 24/7 everyday. What would u guys do in my situation. My main option rn it seems is to live in my lucid dreams cuz the songs I hear there is like I’m on truffles and it’s song that no one has heard before like my mind is making up new songs and I’d be geeking in the dream AND my body has no limitations there so I can move freely. The only way for me to get to that point tho is literally meditating nearly 24/7 with occasional walks outside and ofc eating. The only entertainment id get would only come from my dreams cuz id see videos and stories that id never seen before that are honestly MUCH better than watching a movie cuz im pretty much in the movie watching from different 1st person and 3rd person perspectives

@Paula Kay damn, watchu said acc made a lot of sense to me. Im forced to lay down on my bed cuz i have hypertonic pelvic floor, so im just stuck wit my thoughts of wanting it to be fixed but i shoulda considered my mental health also. ill try to be more optimistic and instead of being attached to the negative thoughts ill observe them while relaxing my pelvic floor. I seriously appreciate it, thank you so much🙏.
Some advice for any1 wit their sinuses blocked
if your sinuses are blocked it has a lot to do with neck posture. When I was laying in bed I tucked my neck back and it also straightens my back. keep in mind you can’t use a pillow on ur neck it completely messes it up. Instead put it underneath ur knees so ur knees are a bit bent and pelvic floor feels Good( you can skip that pillow part if ur pelvic floor feels uncomfortable) . When I tucked my neck back I felt the Eustachian tubes open up cuz my jaw wasn’t interfering with it anymore. once they opened up air flow was much easier to Pass through. Try and be as relaxed as u can Ofc and if u have pelvic issues, bending ur knees ( like a 90 percent angle type) and keeping ur feet flat on the bed.

Throughout this year I realised how connected the body and mind are. I used to have so many physical problems, sciatica, lower back pain, stomach pain connecting to groin, constipation, penile mondors disease, sinus blockage but it all apperead slowly and the doctors suggestions wouldnt help me, one of them even suggested circumcision which woulda screwed me infinitely times more💀( don’t listen to your GPs blindly, they’ll probably give you temporary solutions instead of the actual cure to the root problem, I can’t blame them tho cuz the body is extremely complex and they can’t give you an accurate solution unless you are very aware of your body) Anyways , one day I got high as a kite, and I wanted to sleep but I couldn’t cuz I have insomnia BUT this was acc a good thing cuz that means I could relax my body without fully sleeping. So wat I did was shift my awareness to my body to see wats wrong and tried to fully relax my body. Basically what I found out was that my pelvic floor was always contracted and tight and that was my default state for the whole 22 years of my life. I’m assuming the main reason is because of asthma that caused me to always breath shallow and into my chest in short intervals, and singing along to songs also cuz I’d barely breathe full breaths so I had to reduce my music listening sessions significantly which is a shame( I used to sing/listen to songs all day) also very much has to do with bad habits like sitting all day. Anyways after realising it was my pelvic floor I had to put my awareness on it 24/7 pretty much so it wouldn’t contract and feel tight and the only thing that helped me with that was Diaphragmatic breathing. Guys we’ve been breathing wrong this whole time , and I can’t stress how important it is to breath properly, it’s pretty much life itself. You can even breathe deeply rn and notice how calm you are afterwards. I haven’t even gotten to the point where I can breathe thru stomach 24/7, unconsciously but wow it just puts ur mind at ease and stops you from being in a hyperactive agitating state. All in all I’d highly recommend you find what tension you have in ur body thru simple mediation and shifting ur awareness to ur body. The easiest way for me was using HHC while meditating ( I do t have access to real weed, if I could I would, natural is always better). The main places people have tension in the body is pelvic floor and jaw so tick those off first. Keep in mind the gym 100 percent makes the issue worse for ur pelvic floor so make sure you stretch before workouts, DRINK LOTS OF WATER , avoid anything extremely unnatural like protein powder . Walking is just as important as breathing also. But Yh after a couple of months my, no more digestive issues , no more sciatica or lower back pain , sinuses are unblocking cuz I’m breathing thru nose and into stomach, penile mondors is disappearing. Hope this helps someone but all in all. Breathe deeply. Walk a lot more often. I can’t emphasize how much this calmed my mind and dealt with my negative thoughts that were completely unrelated to my physical problem. Anyways , Much love and hope this helped🙏 ( side note you may even awaken kundalini which is wat my friend did)

Yh the way my friend described it was he was in extreme physical pain cuz it’s pretty much an energy unblocking all the blockages in ur body and the chakras. Apparently the safest way is to take care of ur lower chakras first but I wouldn’t know much more beyond that as I have no personal experience. HHC is a synthetic cannibinoid , I’d avoid it if you have access to real cannabis. If your hesitant on doing drugs just drink some chamomile tea and do things like hot showers to relax the body.
