did a trance channeling session AND two tarot parties yesterday 🃏✨ it was such an interesting day going from conscious intuitive work to trance channeling & back again!! And I’ve realized tarot parties really aren't my thing anymore. I love the people but the depth just isn't there like it is with trance channeling. I didn't expect to feel that so strongly! & you guys know me, I get in my own head a lot (hello Capricorn 🙋‍♀️). I'm always like "I need to be doing MORE, I'm behind, I need to get my name out there!!" the not-enoughness wound is so real & I know a lot of us carry it. then I'm at these parties & people have never heard of healing frequencies. they don't know what chakras are. past lives?? brand new info!! 🤯 one mama got a message for her son, who really struggles to communicate, to get him outside in nature with the sun on his eyes. she was SO grateful. another lady with 10 kids (TEN!!) got the nudge to try healing sound frequencies for all that beautiful chaos lol. such simple messages & they meant so much to them! Im sharing this because if you're feeling behind or like you're too late with your gifts, you're not!! we hang out with people who are just like us so it feels like everyone is doing this work. most of the world truly has NO idea yet. we need you!! in animal communication, in your artwork, your photography, your channeled messages, all of it. even the simplest message can help someone who's stuck & struggling. it can feel a little hopeless seeing how un-awake so much of the world still is. but it makes me SO grateful for this community where we get to go deep together 💜 where have you been telling yourself you're behind?? tell me below 👇

With my son starting kindergarten next month, I've been chewing on this a lot. I think Christine mentions something about this somewhere along the way, as well. There has gotta be a better way to school. Public school is so much misinformation. It's been difficult to find a homeschool curriculum that isn't built on the same foundation of BS. I can make my own, but I certainly don't have all of the answers, either. I had a little waking dream the other day about a school that is spiritually awake, high vibrational, and fully informed. The teachers channeled so their guides and other ETs could teach the students the truth about science and physics. Teachers and aids worked together to help the children learn to manage, strengthen, and unlock their psychic abilities, the children were provided with real, whole, live foods. It was beautiful.

hey guys!! hope you're having a great weekend! I wanted to share an update here with something I've been going through in case it resonates with you. I went to a Naturopath for the first time ever last Monday and she also used a tuning fork on me (omg the experience was incredible) come to find out that my thyroid, adrenal glands and general nervous system are SCREAMING out for support right now so I'm taking a bunch of new vitamins and I've found out a lot of sensitivities my body has towards foods (basically everything in the American diet I'm not supposed to eat lolol gluten, dairy, caffeine, food dyes, refined sugar, EVEN PEANUT BUTTER GUYS) 🍔🥜🍟 Besides for vitamins and diet stuff 💊 - I've been releasing a bunch of stuck energy from that tuning fork session and holy cow am I tired lol The day after the tuning fork session I was a BITCH omg like PMS x1987593748972349833 and I asked my Naturopath about it & she was like oh yes that's totally normal when you're open & connected to spirit...you fast track healing and releasing - (it's termed a healing hangover) well I'm STILL feeling it and trying to integrate & keep up with life and I know that there's light at the end of the tunnel - but I'm so freaking tired & I can't channel for Cosmic Case Files right now but hoping I can channel into the latest case in a few days. I'm just resting and preparing myself for the clients I have (which is super limited anyway!) and for the mentorship that starts this Thursday! so that's a little bit of what's been going on with me & I have some questions for you... ➡️ Have you ever been to a Naturopath?
