Time to MOVE 💪
Day 3 is here Fit Mums, part of your kickstarter programme that will push you forward on your weight loss and muscle building goal - is to increase your output (steps and home resistance workouts) and decrease your input (processed foods and over eating on calorific ingredients). Part of todays tasks is to give the rebuild home workout a blast, once you have done you can update your health check sheet with a score on how you feel you performed. 📊 If you haven't done so yet, join the steps accumulator leaderboard that will help motivate you to up your steps - you should be aiming for 8k steps daily as a non negotiable to yourself. First things first, if you download the Step Up app and install on your phone from the below link: https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/stepup-pedometer-step-counter/id979101825 Once you have downloaded the app and created a profile, you will then need to join the FMF group from the link below: https://join.thestepupapp.com/2FxS Once you've smashed the home rebuild workout, comment and share your experience with other members of the community to help motivate each other 🤓

To be honest, the simplicity of the tasks are what’s making them doable! Meals are quick to prepare and today’s workout was already managed during baby’s nap! I definitely can’t do push ups like I used to but here’s a start😂

I'm excited to announce that the Fit Mum Framework Kickstarter programme is scheduled to start this coming Sunday! Content on the Kickstarter classroom will be released, and it will be a prep day for the programme making sure you have all you ducks in a line and You're good to go! As with anything in life, the more you put in the more you will get out of this - the programme is designed to jump start your weight loss journey, and to FINALLY make some ground on bringing back your pre-pregnancy body. Hello Fit Mums, I'm excited to announce that the next kickstarter initiative programme will start on Oct 27th 24. On Sunday 27th of October, the Kickstarter programme will be visable in the classroom tab, and I will be releasing the daily content and resources day by day 😃. Skool is a community based platform so I urge you to post questions, comments and motivational things on the forum under the Kickstarter category. More engagement will also level up your score and you will be able to access more resources at higher levels. I will drop into the Forum at least once a day to answer questions and offer more guidance. To start the chat off, I would love it if you could give a short description about yourself, your kiddos, and what you fitness goal is and even include the personal challenges that you face. Hello, I am currently exactly 7 months postpartum and I haven’t had the time or, more realistically, the motivation to try to lose weight strictly and I don’t know where to even begin and it doesn’t feel great. I used to work out and do boxing at a boxing gym but have stopped the past 3 years. I’m excited by this though and I hope to get into shape and hope it motivates me to continue. Thanks!
