I’d have pretty much the same answer. Not reacting fast enough, missing opportunities and being just a little too late. I think speed is so important, especially when you’re trying to be one of the first to take advantage of an opportunity. And probably the most important thing: take action. You can have all the ideas and plans in the world, but if you don’t actually do something with them, nothing happens. I’d also add that sometimes it’s better to focus on one thing instead of trying to do too many things at once. Focus, speed and taking action can make a huge difference.
