I have recently stated taking ac262 for an 8 week cycle. I am currently 25% approx body fat. Eating in a deficit of only 200-500 maximum a day, sometimes at maintenance. My goal is to recomp slowly rather than a fast cut. I am also detrained for 2 years, prior to which I was lifting for 2 years so I have a lot of “Natty gains” to make again and with the help of Dr. Tony’s wealth of bio hacking knowledge on the cheat sheets and YouTube and general bio hacking knowledge I’ve created a protocol to optimize myself back to prime shape. Serm: Enclomiphene: 6.25mg EOD: To kickstart my natural testosterone. A month ago, I have tested at an abysmal 180ng/dl test (this is after 2 years of sedentary lifestyle and 15kg of excess weight gain and while on calorie deficit on reta). Sarm: AC-262: 15mg ED: after extensive research of online content, speaking to people and anecdotal studies, I concluded that a mild sarm would best fit me for recomp purposes while not being too harsh on my already low testosterone. I started after 2 weeks of 6.25mg EOD enclo monotherapy. Peptides: CJC + Ipamorelin morning and nightly 150mg/150mcg Klow stack: (ghkcu, bpc tb500, kpv 0.5mcg each) Retatrutide: 4mg weekly. Supplementation: Multivitamin Creatine 5g Boron 6mg Vit D + K2 Vit B12 Omega 3 Fish oil Zinc 15mg Dhea, 7 keto dhea and progesterone all 25mg (only when taking enclo) Psyllium husk for digestion Digizyme enzymes for digestion Ashwaganda for sleep Magnesium complex for sleep I feel this stack is very efficient so far (without enclo and ac-262), good results just under 2 months in, I have already recomped heavily and at my PRs. Would something like Top T on top of this stack be useful or would it be diminishing returns? Please let me know if Anything that is overkill and where I can optimise. Looking forward to posting my results after finishing the ac-262 cycle.
