Back to School
I have not been active on here lately. I just stated classes at Keiser School of Golf in West Palm Beach, Fl. I am enrolled in their on-line program and utilizing my GI bill to cover the costs. My first 2 classes are 1. The mental side of golf and 2. Club Management (Managing a Golf Club/Course). Really getting into the mental side of golf. Lots of good stuff about mindset and the 4 stages of learning. Once I get rolling, I will be more active here on the boards.

Hi Randy, is this not similar to what Dean covers in his training? Can you share the curriculum?
TRAIN WITH DEAN!
For those of you that are sitting on the sidelines. I spent some time working on the full swing part 1 and finally understanding what he has been saying and repeating. At first I resisted the changes because it caused my swing to change, I could not get it right BUT when I commited to it and put it into play as DC tells us, 3 minutes a day WOW, yesterday I went out to play and less effort more accuracy and 15-20 more yards on my 3 wood and driver!!! Practice his putting drills! I had two birdies! Never done that before. GET WITH THE PROGRAM! You won't regret it. What you will regret is not doing it and you will always remain where you are as a golfer. You will not find another coach like this anywhere. All you find are fake coaches that want to just take your money they have no desire to make you a better golfer. Dean is authentic, he is true and he tells it like it is. He is sharing with you the real golf swing.
Storm
Coach Dean O I see another storm headed to florida hope you are not anywhere close if you are stay safe and stock up

My best round today- 80
Told Dean on the call Monday that when I play with the guys who are single digit handicappers I always mentally shut down and make a ton of mistakes. I made it a point to keep it my head in it and stayed positive. Few drives went to the right on the back 9, but I beat these guys today and will break 90 next round. Was nice to collect on dots for a change!

@Manny Andaya Let me know how Accros works out.
Great results working on improving ball position
I setup a station, as per Dean's call, other posts here, and then reviewed Hogan book again. Net - After only a few shots, I experienced much better ball striking and velocity, on a more consistent basis. Now after just three range sessions, the improvement is sticking and very noticeable. For me, the big one seems to be placing the ball 2-3 inches behind the lead heel, on all shots. I had slipped into the mindset of putting the ball in the middle of my stance for any shot off the grass. I was thinking it helped with a descending blow. But I think my brain was simply compensating for the ball in the middle by holding back the weight shift. Now with the ball forward, I can be more forward and aggressive with the turn and front let pivot.
