The strong woman. The praying woman. The woman everyone depends on. The woman who keeps showing up even while silently fighting battles nobody sees. People admire your strength… But few people ask if you’re okay. So you smile. You encourage everyone else. You pour into others. You keep building, working, serving, and surviving. Meanwhile, you’re exhausted. And here’s the truth: God never called you to live constantly overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and disconnected from yourself. Healing is not weakness. Rest is not laziness. Asking for help is not failure. Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is admit: “I need God to carry this with me.” This season is not about proving your worth through struggle. It’s about healing, growing, and allowing God to rebuild the parts of you that life tried to wear down. 💜 You do not have to earn love. 💜 You do not have to hustle for acceptance. 💜 You do not have to carry everyone else while neglecting yourself.
