Have you tried checking the official county website? You can also call the county court they should be able to point you in the right direction

Need help efficiently pulling NYS Probate Data
I'm pulling all of the probate data out of Buffalo, NY. I have about 100 leads from the last 30 days in Erie County (not all of which own real property). Im just wondering if there is a service or strategy you guys use to quickly and efficiently pull the relevant information from these documents (decendant name and address and the executor's name and mailing address). I have tried using AI such as ChatGPT and NotebookLM with mixed results. If I have to sit for hours pulling this data, I will. I just want to be absolutely sure there is no alternative that could save me time. I want to save as much time as possible so that I can actually start sending direct mail and coldcalling these leads... Any information or constructive criticism is welcome.

You can look for a real estate virtual assistant on Fiverr to scrap through the data for you, if you have a few bucks to spend on them
