Have you tried checking the official county website? You can also call the county court they should be able to point you in the right direction

Greetings
Hi everyone I live in Ohio. I am new to Wholesale Realestate. I’m looking forward to learning and growing with this community. I want to eliminate my debt, generate income, build a better future for my family, teach my four children leading by example and leave a legacy for them. I believe I am in the right place.

Need help efficiently pulling NYS Probate Data
I'm pulling all of the probate data out of Buffalo, NY. I have about 100 leads from the last 30 days in Erie County (not all of which own real property). Im just wondering if there is a service or strategy you guys use to quickly and efficiently pull the relevant information from these documents (decendant name and address and the executor's name and mailing address). I have tried using AI such as ChatGPT and NotebookLM with mixed results. If I have to sit for hours pulling this data, I will. I just want to be absolutely sure there is no alternative that could save me time. I want to save as much time as possible so that I can actually start sending direct mail and coldcalling these leads... Any information or constructive criticism is welcome.

You can look for a real estate virtual assistant on Fiverr to scrap through the data for you, if you have a few bucks to spend on them

Help for someone just starting
As someone just starting, what are some things I can do to help put me in a position to get a deal? I keep finding myself in moments where I want to be proactive and productive, but I don’t know what I should be doing or where I should start. For some of you who have gotten deals, what are some things you did to get started?

Practical steps; look at county court website and find a list of probates as you watch @Max Maxwell start with taking small steps one day at a time
