Hey everyone, just wanted to know which tools (paid or free) do you use to get leads ? I dont really want to waste my time on finding them. Espically leads to contact on facebook or instagram.

Watch me build the entire website in about an hour, from start to finish including edits... I can build these very quickly now, sometimes 35-40 minutes. (of course more time goes into ranking) Feel free to follow the video and the steps below. You can mix up some of the steps, this is just how I build them. Here are the main steps: 1- Do the research & decide what areas and service to promote (not in the video) 2- Paste the area/services into an AI builder to create instructions. I use the builder at: https://aisprinkled.com/rankandrent 3- Create a sub-acct at GHL. Go to AI Studio, paste the instructions from the builder 4- While the site is being made, all within GHL, do the following: -Create the form that viewers complete to ask Q's or get an estimate -Create a voice AI agent and edit as needed (see video) Edit prompt, etc.. -Get a local phone number in GHL and add it to the voice AI Outside of GHL, buy a domain -When AI Studio completes the site, add the phone#, form code, and domain to AI Studio and instruct it to add them where needed. 4- Look at website and make any needed edits (will be a little different each time) 5- Connect the domain registrar to the website (see video) 6- Go to the website using the new domain and check: domain.c0m/sitemap.xml (if the page is not created, have AIS add it) Copy the entire sitemap page code. Go to ChatGPT, and paste sitemap, and ask it to create a knowledgebase for a voice AI. Paste those results into a new "rich text" knowledgebase in GHL. Connect it to voice AI. 7 - Ask AI Studio for a list of all url's from the site, paste to https://cleancommit.io/tools/indexnow to index the website. 8 - Open the website and use "Detailed SEO app" to check schema, description, canonical etc.. Check all links, form, voice AI, and the website for errors. Fix any issues. This may vary a bit, I wrote this from memory, but it's pretty close. I hope this helps... now build some rank and rent websites and make some money! If I can help in any way, create a post and ask!

But more succinctly, the 3 things that are important: -Demand: Are people actually searching for this service every month? -Lead value: Is one lead worth enough that a business will happily pay you? -Rankability: Can you realistically rank in this niche, or get leads?
