🚨 Your Funnel Is Losing Sales.
Most people have no idea there are two different reasons their funnel stops converting. One shows up in your analytics. The other is completely invisible unless you're watching it happen in real time. Microsoft Clarity catches the invisible stuff. Rage clicks (same spot hit 5+ times in frustration). Dead clicks on text and images people mistake for buttons. Scroll depth showing 70% of visitors never reach your CTA. PostHog tells you IF a change improves your numbers. Clarity tells you WHY people are leaving. You need both working together. And if you moved off GoHighLevel, here's what nobody warns you about. GHL literally can't split traffic to different URLs. That means your split test structure has to be rebuilt from scratch on custom pages. Most people skip this and run tests on broken data for months without knowing it. There's a sequence to get right. Tracking setup, friction diagnosis, conversion definition, split test architecture. Miss one step and your numbers lie to you the entire time. I put together the Heatmap Conversion Optimization System to walk through all of it. Heatmap setup, friction diagnostics, custom page split test structure. Start to finish. Drop "Heatmap" in the comments and I'll DM it to you.

Your AI Agent Setup Is Missing This 👇
Someone hit me with the best pushback recently on an AMA. They had their own assistant running on a VPS. Telegram input. Google Workspace email for the whole team. Obsidian memory. Morning digest. All of it. "What does Hermes actually give me that Claude Code channels doesn't?" Fair question. Here's the real answer: none of that is the differentiator. The workspace account? Works on any framework. The memory vault? Same. The daily digest? Same. The differentiator is underneath all of it. How it manages its own context window. How it handles memory at scale. Whether it can hold independent conversations across platforms at the same time. Webhooks and scheduled tasks as native features, not workarounds you bolt on. I ran Paperclip. OpenClaw. Claude Code channels. Hermes was the first setup that FELT like something built to be an agent, not a coding terminal you happen to text. Migration took ten minutes. Old setup exported a config zip. Uploaded it. Done. If you're happy where you are, stay. But go run a slash command from Telegram and tell me what you notice. What agent setup are you running right now? Drop it below.

Interesting perspective. I think reliable memory, context management, and native automation capabilities are what separate a truly useful AI agent from a simple chatbot. I'd be interested to see how Hermes performs in real-world multi-platform workflows.
