RTF is WRONG (Let Me Explain)
In his facemaxxing guide RTF recommends drinking ATLEAST 4L of water everyday. But the fact is that RTF is 6 ft and probably weighs like 180 pounds. Now there's gonna be 5'4 120 pound guys who are going to listen to this and drink 4L of water everyday, which is stupid. You can't just say that a guy who is 120 pounds and a guy who is 180 pounds will need the same amount of water. Now this doesn't mean you only need to drink 2L of water everyday, but the most important factor in determining how much water you need to drink is your weight. If you weigh more, you need to drink more water, simple as that (Other factors like age, height, gender, physical activity, climate also matters, but not nearly as much). Now for the solution: Here's a simple water intake calculator which actually takes different factors into consideration while calculating your water intake : https://www.netmeds.com/sections/water-intake-calculator?srsltid=AfmBOorLuidZyg061YCi9xXscD9NV79a8YGbyPf6GGBGCLOXNL8megZZ I recommend putting your activity level as very high to get a more accurate estimate. Also keep in mind that this doesn't take into consideration other hydrating fluids like milk, coconut water and hydrating foods like watermelon etc. P.S. No hate to RTF, just wanted to clear this up lol.
