Binder app doesn't have a log-in/authentication screen
I have reinstalled the Binder desktop app on my Mac MULTIPLE times thinking I made a mistake somewhere, but there is NO log-in / authentication screen when I open the app. I am taken directly to the Connect screen with all the icons in the left margin locked. It says I need to enter a valid license key. BUT WHERE? This is beyond frustrating since I was originally receiving responses to my email queries from support, but now they're ghosting me. Any one have an idea what's going on??

Thanks so much for responding, Jason! I'm on an old (2019) MacBook Pro running Sequoia 15.7.7. The steps I've taken: 1. Install using binder-pro-darwin-x64-v5.0.17.zip 2. Binder is automatically installed on my Desktop 3. Open the app, and the first screenshot is what I see 4. When I was told that I needed to activate, I went to the Upgrade License screen (second screenshot) and filled in my license because I couldn't find anywhere else to do anything. I initially assumed that was "activating" it, but realized it isn't. 5. Even after doing that and existing Binder, rebooting my machine, and going back into Binder, I'm just returned to the Connect screen. THANK YOU!!!

Everything's unlocked now -- thank you so much, Jason!! And my sincere apologies for my original snarky comment about ghosting... Have a wonderful day!
