I started in karate in 1987 because I was racing motorcycles and a friend told me martial arts would help me be more focused and fit. 5 yrs of road racing and a black belt later I stopped both (kids). Years later my kids were doing TKD and I went to their first grading. As they were grading I turned to my wife and said “sign me up!” I didn’t realize how much I missed martial arts until I was there watching. So many friends, accomplishments and memories made thanks to TKD.
