Sourcing in cda
Does anyone else new have problems sourcing. I've spent hours trying and so far I've come up with always being gated or super unprofitable using sellerID method or Amazon owns the buy box. This is frustrating. I'm committed but haven't found one thing that I can actually buy in Canada? Any tips would be wonderful.

@Christine Dodds Go on YouTube and watch Anthony Mancini’s videos about CanFlip — they’ll really help you. @Anthony Mancini , can you guide her, bro?
Stop chasing every gated product you see.
I know it feels like that is the thing holding you back. You find a lead. ROI looks good. Sales look good. Then Amazon says you cannot sell it. Annoying as hell. But most new sellers waste way too much energy trying to force products they cannot touch yet. When I started, I did the opposite. I looked at the brands I could already sell and went deeper there. One brand. Then another. Then another. That is boring, but it compounds. Because every product you check gives you something: You learn the brand. You learn the price range. You learn the Keepa chart. You learn which Canadian retailers carry it. You learn what to track for later. And over time, Amazon starts trusting your account more because you are actually selling. The mistake is thinking ungating comes before selling. A lot of the time, selling what you can sell is what gets you there. If you are stuck right now, do this for your next sourcing session: Pick 5 brands you are already approved for. Search those brands across Canadian retailers. Track every decent product, even if it is not a buy today. Do not start from zero every time. Where are you getting stuck most right now, gated products, finding brands, or actually pulling the trigger?

I saw your video, brother. It was really very informative. Thank you for your guidance, my friend.
A bad lead today is not always a bad lead forever
This is one of the things beginners miss when they read Keepa. They see the seller count jump. They see the price slide down. They see the ROI shrink. Then they say, "bad lead" and close the tab. Sometimes that is the right call. But sometimes it is just a timing problem. Everybody found the same product at the same time. Sellers jumped on. Price got pushed down. People started racing to the bottom. That does not mean the product is dead forever. On Amazon Canada, listings can move back when sellers sell through, run out of stock, or stop caring about the race. That is why tracking matters. You are not buying it today. You are telling yourself, "this might be worth checking when the market clears." The skill is knowing the difference between: Dead product. Bad timing. Good product with impatient sellers. That is where the reps come in. Have you ever passed on a lead, then checked later and realized it recovered?

Right 👌👌
The real risk is not being slow. It is burning out.
Everybody wants to scale Amazon Canada fast. More products. More units. More prep. More tools. More moving parts. I get it. But the mistake gets louder as you grow. If you buy 10 bad units, it sucks. If you buy 500 bad units and send them to a prep center, now you are paying for the mistake twice. Cost of goods. Prep fees. Storage. Cash tied up. Mental stress. This is why I care more about staying in the game than looking aggressive in month one. You need a system you can keep doing. Not a system that looks good for two weeks and then makes you hate opening Seller Central. Slow is fine if the reps are clean. Burnout is what kills people before the business ever has time to compound. Where are you feeling the most friction right now, sourcing, prep, cash flow, or just staying consistent?
