Hi everyone, I need some honest advice. I recently got an opportunity to work as a dispatcher for a company with a 2026 Ford F-350 dually and a 40ft trailer (14k GVWR). They are planning to start operations from April . They told me that their driver recently grossed around $9,000–$10,000 per week, and last week they did $10,445. I wanted to ask if this is realistic on a consistent basis for this type of setup, because from what I understand, average is usually around $6,000–$8,000 per week. Also, they are offering me a percentage-based pay: - 6% if weekly gross is above $6,000 - 5% if it’s between $4,000–$6,000 - 4% if it’s below $4,000 I’m also new to dispatching. I’ve learned from course videos and understand load booking, DAT, and the basics, but I don’t have real experience yet. Do you think this is a good opportunity for a beginner? And are those weekly numbers realistic, or just peak performance? I’d really appreciate honest feedback’s
