Urgent help❗️❗️
Hi everyone, I need some honest advice. I recently got an opportunity to work as a dispatcher for a company with a 2026 Ford F-350 dually and a 40ft trailer (14k GVWR). They are planning to start operations from April . They told me that their driver recently grossed around $9,000–$10,000 per week, and last week they did $10,445. I wanted to ask if this is realistic on a consistent basis for this type of setup, because from what I understand, average is usually around $6,000–$8,000 per week. Also, they are offering me a percentage-based pay: - 6% if weekly gross is above $6,000 - 5% if it’s between $4,000–$6,000 - 4% if it’s below $4,000 I’m also new to dispatching. I’ve learned from course videos and understand load booking, DAT, and the basics, but I don’t have real experience yet. Do you think this is a good opportunity for a beginner? And are those weekly numbers realistic, or just peak performance? I’d really appreciate honest feedback’s

1st Carrier🎉
Hello! I started all of this training two weeks ago. I have taken the steps to get started. I got my first carrier from a warm lead/ word of mouth! 🙌🏻 I now have shell shock and don’t know where to start. So I started scrambling back through my notes. Here’s a tip to make the leap, you won’t know until you just dive in! 💪🏻🎉 Any advice is appreciated!!

BEGINNER!
Hi, is there anyone here who has signed their first carrier after completing the paid course? I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience. Thank you.

Hello, I hope you are doing well.
I wanted to ask for your honest review about the paid course. Is it truly worth it? I’ve seen that many people were able to find their first carrier after completing it, so I wanted to confirm from you directly. Also, I am from India — is it possible for someone from India to do this course and succeed in this field? I would really appreciate your guidance. Thank you.

@Rushaan Maan Thank you so much for your message. It’s really nice to connect with someone from India as well 😊 I understand the confusion — I felt the same at first. But after looking into it, I believe this course can really help us build a career if we stay consistent and focused. Whenever you decide to join, I wish you the very best. Hope we both achieve our goals through this journey.
