and I know a lot of people here have been too. I spent some time working through it last week, and here's a simple way I solved it for less than $10/m: 1. Set up an AI voice agent in Retell and cloned my assistant's voice in there, so it's literally her voice and feels totally human (named her Leila). 2. Have her ask the qualifying stuff: timeline, preapproved or not, area, and budget. 3. If they're serious she transfers the call straight to me, and if I'm tied up she books the appointment right into my Wise Agent CRM. 4. Here's the exact prompt I gave her, attached below.
