Hey IM'ers, I am organizing online and in-person events. What would you like to learn about? Or better question... What is your biggest challenge or frustration growing your business online? 👇

I may find new actionable bottlenecks with more practice and implementation, but I don't feel particularly called to learn anything specific at the moment until I acquire enough relevant experiential data. Networking and meeting people where we can find synergies could also be helpful. __ I guess if I had to throw one thing out there I'd like to learn which is especially relevant locally, it would be nice to know what the best way is to set up a cryptocurrency system that's very very very easy to do with good security and easy to access and withdraw funds from optimized for Vancouver / Canada. But I'm not in a rush for that & not looking to spend too much time managing that sort of thing, but I feel like it's important to know how to use the technology so it's super low effort when I want to get into something like short-term altcoin trading or just diversifying "currency" assets.
Anyone here use any Nootropics? If yes what brand?
See a lot of ads these days so curious who has tried them.

I won't say what everyone else traditionally considers nootropics, but I've used a lot of things that improve brain health and function as a response to brain health issues at various points -- Brain Evolve product line (developed locally in Vancouver by Matthew Bennet, under Bennet's Choice brand before being sold to "havn life") -- R-Alpha Lipoic Acid + ALCAR stack (works specially when you mix them; usually up to 2000 mg / day of ALCAR, building up to it over a few days) -- Bulletproof coffees -- Phosphotidyl Serine -- Alpha Brain by Onnit (a while back) -- Bulletproof company's Brain Octane MCT Oil (very superior to brain function compared to standard MCT) -- Turmeric -- Caffeine -- Theacrine as opposed to only caffeine (not to be confused with L-Theanine ------ I have no idea why searching for one gives results of the other, they're completely different things; and to be honest, L-theanine has never really helped me very much) -- Theobromine -- Green tea -- Methylene Blue -- pharmaceutical forms of dexadrine-based compounds (prescriptions for ADHD) ... "biohacks" such as ketogenic diet & carnivore diet herbals: -- adaptogenic herbs such as ashwagandha, holy basil, gotu kola -- pro-brain mushrooms such as lion's mane, turkey tail, reishi, cordyceps I can say that if you've never tried a lot of the more obscure things on that list most people haven't heard of... something is likely to give you an interesting experience _______ ... some people will argue that entheogens can also improve brain function, as well as cannabis but arguably, there is a LOT of nuance to this topic... persue at your own risk particularly with regard to the legal and health ramifications --- which is why I will not be endorsing them on the internet. Rather than say too much personally about this, I'll just pass it off to writers such as Tim Ferris who have discussed the topic in books such as Tools of Titans and various podcasts, and you can feel free to digest such opinions as claimed by men such as the allegedly existent "Jim Blerris".

And yeah to back up @Matt A 's point above about health issues like swollen eye or many other potential conditions that could come up, it does seem like in these markets there can be difficulties with making sure you're getting a good product. Quality control in products not officially labeled for human consumption may not go through the same levels of testing as many other products --- for example, various plant-based supplements that could contain heavy metals. ____ And while I'm on that subject, I have also tried kratom, but although I acknowledge this is a substance which probably has helped plenty of people and I will not deny that --- I do consider it to be an addictive substance, very similar to opiates, and I really wouldn't recommend anyone try it without finding a lot of stories first at least, about people who've suffered true addiction from it due to the amount of people NOT telling the full story about it online (because they are afraid, and perhaps rightfully so, that may get the substance banned). So kratom worst substance on earth? No, definitely not ---- but not something I'd recommend anyone start getting into, although I'm sure a lot of people might find that one useful short term. That's one of the examples where a product could be contaminated, as well based on where it is grown, potentially affected by heavy metals and the like. Definitely more public harm reduction education on that would be valuable.

Yo, I'm Griffin. In Vancouver. Will re-upload on my profile with my face again soon. Been in Vancouver for > 10 years mostly. Mostly from the U.S., graduated from UBC in 2015. I came to Skool earlier through Andrew Kirby's Synthesizer School group, as well as Ssam Ovens's Consulting Accelerator (even though the training is a little out-dated, it's still very useful) at roughly the same time, and I've been documenting and taking notes on Skool communities for some time. Coincidentally, the other modern business speaker I have studied the most besides those two is Alex Hormozi ($100M Offers is very powerful), so it's pretty crazy for them to come together at the same time and cooperate on the Skool Games right now. No comments at this time as to what I am working on, 🥷✧🧙‍♂️✨ but I think this website is pretty cool. A lot of people who get into internet-based business like money, and I see it as a very powerful tool; but more of a means to an end. I think it's more fun to live life as an adventure of doing something epic, heroic, and challenging, like a fun game and I like to help people have more fun and really enjoy life. I see our potential as boundless and far beyond what most of us realize is possible, if we just had a slight change in our - information / knowledge - traits - beliefs to use drop an Alex Hormozi framework, which seems pretty accurate. Let's have fun and build cool things :) & thanks for the add! Glad to be a part of it!
