Reverse D4D notes per deal
Hello guys for those that reversed are four dollars. How long did it take for you to get your first deal? I’m at 3000 notes right now and I do not have my first contract. I have two warmer leads in a lot of long-term follow ups.

Need an Honest Audit: 3,000 Notes, Active Leads, No Deal Yet
Looking for some honest feedback from people who have closed multiple deals with reverse driving for dollars, as well as Zach, Rick, and anyone who has built a serious wholesaling business. I’ve hand-delivered almost 3,000 notes so far, mostly to vacant and distressed properties. Yesterday alone I dropped 134 notes and received 8 callbacks. I have active leads in my CRM, have made offers, and am consistently getting responses, but I still haven’t landed my first contract. I got fired from my job 4 days ago and have doubled down on the business. I’m not afraid of the work. If anything, I may be overworking. The problem is I feel like I’ve been trying to figure everything out by myself and I’m having trouble identifying my bottleneck. For those of you who have gotten multiple deals from reverse D4D: - What would you look at first in my situation? - Does 3,000 notes without a contract raise any red flags? - Was your biggest challenge marketing, follow-up, lead management, appointments, offers, or something else? - What metrics would you track if you were me? - If you could sit down with me for 15 minutes and audit my business, what questions would you ask? I’m looking for real feedback, not motivation. If you think I’m making a mistake somewhere, I’d genuinely like to hear it. Thanks in advance.

@Saar Bm it is been a few that were interested in selling on the first call. I made an offer to one, but I didn’t get to an agreement with that one. I have an appointment early next week and then I have another seller who I’ve been trying to call back, but hasn’t answered yet that was hot. My AI agent picks up the hot leads and filters out for me. They answer every single income call from a sticky note.
Opt out language
For those of you who reverse drive four dollars, and have SMS follow up what opt out language do you guys use? I am asking, because Zach usually says he uses stop using realtors or cancel owning your house but I do not know if that is for SMS blasting or if that goes for reverse D for D sticky note follow up as well. If one of you guys can help me out with that that would be great.
Route apps
For those doing reverse D4D sticky note drops at scale, what routing / navigation app are you actually using in the field? I’m testing inRoute but finding the upload process clunky. Curious what people are using day-to-day for safety + speed (Apple Maps, Google Maps, inRoute, RoadWarrior, or something else). Bonus if you share how you’re using it (clusters vs house-by-house).
