Bachelors degree
SOOoOoo..i've been searching opportunities in my area to get familiar with requirements when it comes to assistant pm and pm jobs...i do see ALL job post have under requirements a bachelors degree which tells me it would be a mission for me to eventually get a job since i don't have a bachelors degree?...am i right?

@Nikola Janjic ok but i feel like my experience is somewhat narrow, ive been a licensed real estate agent for 13 years in maryland and DC, i've closed over 100 deals, i manage my entire business from lead generation, pre approvals, contract to close (including inspections, appraisals, deadlines, coordinating lenders and title companies etc) and finally nurturing a database after closing to continue to get referral's from past clients but the way i see this experience would put me on something related with constructions or contractors and those jobs requirements look even more demanding, im honestly scare of wasting my time pursuing this to end up being a secretary or something ....:/

@Nikola Janjic yea of course that makes total sense even as a realtor i have other designations like RENE negotiations expert so i love learning and self development but this being a new field for some reason i feel like im not qualified even getting the pmp but i really appreciate your time i mean im still going to go for it, is just all the scary moments and thoughts or this transition getting to me

Hey everyone! 👋🏽 I'm Ciara from Florida (EST). I completed Andrew's original 35-hour course, but since I missed the deadline for the previous PMP exam, I'm now going through the updated course and studying for the new exam. My goal is to sit for the exam sometime between the end of August and mid-September. I'd love to connect with others who are studying! We can do accountability sessions on Teams or Zoom, or even start a GroupMe if there's enough interest. I'm usually free around 7:00 PM EST during the week and have more flexibility on weekends.

@Ciara Allicock i would love to join im also EST time 7pm works for me but you probably well ahead, im just starting section 8 omg is so much information and terms, if i can join to listen as well that woudl he helpful
