2 days ago I ran a ‘FILTHY’ cold outreach campaign... the results...
17 YES-es out of 20 responses (from 100 messages sent) to learning more about the benefits of this DBR Sales Android. It all came about after watching Dan’s YouTube video about the importance of tailoring the AI to meet their needs and here are my comments: In the video, Dan talks about how different types of trade (he presents three examples roofers, lawyers, plastic surgeons) will more than likely have different types of BIG PROBLEMS and he goes on to state (from his extensive experience) the types of BIG PROBLEMS that these people might have. - For a roofer, this might be speed to lead (yes I know a lot of roofers here and he’s spot on) - For a lawyer, this might be something else (he’s right here too, my twin sister is a lawyer and this is the problem she’s facing) - For a plastic surgeon (again I have another sister doing this and he’s absolutely spot on here) they have too many clients and their problem lies elsewhere with the support staff I agree with Dan 100%, he’s absolutely right. However, then he goes on to suggest that when you do have a DBR Coffee Date with one of those people and it doesn’t go well (because the problem being solved is a GENERAL and not a SPECIFIC one), that we should not be disheartened" and we should try to retarget them later (2nd coffee date) with an alternative (specific) solution to the DBR I thought to myself (I’m a Business Analyst by trade) isn’t this a duplication of effort? Then I thought What if? We could 1. Educate them in advance (and mention the type of scenarios that Dan and others mention for the various 2-3 niches that you would like to focus on eventually when you get your first 10 clients) 2. Ask them (a simple survey) to find out what their specific BIG PROBLEMS are 3. Train them (again) by being SPECIFIC (for their niche with their specific BIG PROBLEM) the BIG BENEFITS they will achieve if they partner up with you… And remember I do practice what I preach Last week, I sat down with the three free organic channels (LinkedIn, Google + YouTube SEO) and I used Alex Hormozi’s Rule of 100… where I messaged 100 of a community…

Thank you for posting this Paul. Outstanding concept AND execution. I would love to see the VSL. Also you asked: "anyone want to join me?" If that's an invitation to work together in some capacity, I am very keen to that idea. Let me know.
Doing everything the wrong way
I’m really struggling to wrap my mind around the whole process. I’ve built a branded website in GHL so that I could work through the A2P registration process on my own account before I do it for clients. My site passed the A2P. I’ve run through the course multiple times yet I feel scattered. I’m scared that I’m not able to understand the connection between the work flows, APIs, billing, and how a real business owner would respond to my offer. So it has prevented me from confidently pursuing clients and I keep finding productive ways to procrastinate against taking that step. I’m reaching out because I’m a young dad with 4 girls and a new baby boy, full time job and trying to retire my wife from her measly 3k per month job. That’s all I need to lift some of this weight off my shoulders. Until then I’ll strapped. Looking for a little help and guidance. Thanks

Best advice I can give you: Focus 100% on the sales and outbound prospecting, however you go about that. Just let someone else do ALL the tech. It's way too much anyway. I've been through most of the videos now several times and I am still stumbling on some of the tech stuff. Contact some people here that will be happy to do ALL the tech stuff for you! Find out their rates. It's taken a huge load off my mind and now I'm moving forward. I also heard Dan say that they will handle your tech for you on bigger clients for a 15% profit share. Might be worth looking into....
Sending sms when there isn't opt in consent
I've actually followed Dan's idea and closed about ~10 clients on trials across a few industries for this offer. Basically in all cases, ai + sms is able to pull out fresh leads out of dead lists. Not a problem there. Though I had a break and I'm coming back to this... and from what I can tell, this isn't really above board. Like, if I sign an insurance client, or a roofer or a solar company, their old leads... almost certainly don't have sms consent attached to them. So what do you do? Take the chance and sms them anyway? Otherwise the amount of suitable businesses that have a big dead DB of leads AND also have sms consent for them would appear to be a very small number?

This is probably THE most fascinating post in this group. The fact that most of the businesses you are contacting in hopes of running a DBR most likely DO NOT have SMS consent undermines the entire premise of this model. I understand it can open up a conversation, but tbh I do feel somewhat duped. 🤷‍♂️
📽️ HULK REPLAY + How to get it for FREE
If you missed yesterday's Hulk reveal... you missed something MASSIVE. But don't worry - I've got your back. 𝐆𝐞𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲 𝐀𝐒𝐀𝐏 Because what we revealed is about to change EVERYTHING. No more spinning your wheels when prospects don't have a database... No more tech headaches deploying multiple Androids... No more "hoping" you close the deal... The Hulk sells, deploys AND manages your entire android portfolio - so all you do is collect the cheques. The response was CRAZY. BUT I told everyone to hold your horses because we had a HUGE announcement. 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐮𝐥𝐤 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐄. Because today… 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐀𝐋𝐒𝐎 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐑𝐎𝐘𝐀 🥳 ROYA is our flagship program that has produced countless 6-figure… 7-figure… even 8 figure AI agencies. Cole joined ROYA and by week 3 had locked in FOUR clients Harry crushed his FIRST test campaign and got paid £7K+ in commish. Aaron went from government benefits to pulling in $150k/mo! Tech help request
I'm in Video 4 of the Prince Charming and have set up my agency website successfully. I've loaded a privacy and terms page. I followed the instructions exactly to set up the calendar and it's not working. I noticed the piece of code I copy and pasted had the words: 'leadconnect' in the line. Am I missing something? Do I need to know anything about leadconnect? Do I need to set something up so this will work? Thanks in advance!
