Hello everyone, thank you for welcoming me to the group. I am very happy to have found a group that suits me and offers me valuable information. My journey to becoming vegan began a good year ago when I reached the lowest point in my life. I was sick, had no will to live, and had fallen out with my parents. Then I moved out and started living on my own. The first book on veganism came into my hands— The Essential gospel of peace. And I started to build on that and meditate. And during all that time, I realized who I am and what I am.
