Member Questions
I am getting some good questions from members that I must share. Q -"Do you think employers have certain materials to detect AI?" That's an excellent and very timely question regarding AI detection in job applications. It's a topic many are curious about, and rightly so. To answer your question directly: yes, employers are increasingly aware of and, in some cases, utilizing tools to detect AI-generated content. The landscape of recruitment is evolving rapidly, and just as applicants are leveraging new technologies, so too are hiring managers and HR departments adapting their strategies. However, the key takeaway here is not to avoid AI, but to use it intelligently. If an answer is copied directly, verbatim, from an AI without any personal input or refinement, it often stands out as generic, lacking genuine voice, and can be quite obviously AI-generated. This is precisely what employers are looking to identify. The true power of AI in your job search lies in its ability to assist and augment your efforts, not replace your unique perspective. It's a tool to help you brainstorm, structure, and refine your thoughts, allowing your authentic voice and experiences to shine through. On that note, we're excited to announce that we're developing a new module specifically designed to address this! This upcoming course will focus on advanced prompting techniques to train AI to speak in your unique voice and style. Our goal is to equip you with the skills to leverage AI effectively, ensuring your applications are not only polished and professional but also deeply personal and reflective of who you are. Stay tuned for more details on this valuable addition to the course!

Hi everyone! I’m so excited to be here and dive into these modules. To be honest, the job search process has always been a major source of stress for me, and the idea of 'AI detectors' definitely adds to that anxiety. It’s a huge relief to hear that the focus is on augmenting our own voices rather than just checking a box. I’m particularly looking forward to the new module on advanced prompting—learning how to make AI sound like me instead of a robot feels like the missing piece of the puzzle. Can’t wait to get started!"

Let's do it. This stuff is very exciting.
🎓 AI Study Assistant – Study Smarter with AI
University can be challenging. Long notes, difficult concepts, assignments, research projects, deadlines, and exam preparation can quickly become overwhelming. The good news is that AI can help. In this new course you'll learn how to use AI as your personal study assistant to: ✅ Understand difficult concepts faster ✅ Summarise notes and research material ✅ Prepare for tests and exams more effectively ✅ Create study plans and stay organised ✅ Save time while improving your learning Most students are already using AI. The difference is that the best students know how to use it properly. This course is designed to show you practical ways to use AI to become a more effective student while still doing the learning yourself. If you're studying for exams, working on assignments, or simply looking for a smarter way to learn, this course is for you. The future belongs to students who know how to learn, adapt, and use new tools effectively. 🚀 The course is now live inside the classroom. See you there!

I am ready for a new lesson
Hey guys mid year exams are around the corner and I should be studying. I would much rather do another AI Class and be ready for the job market.

Let's go it me too. (I don't have exams though) But ready to learn.
Where do I start???
For those of us just starting our careers, where is the highest-leverage place to focus our time with AI? Is it more valuable to focus on mastering 'Deep Research' (using it to find obscure case law and patterns), or should we be spending more time on 'Drafting & Persona Training' (ensuring the output actually sounds like a human advocate rather than a bot)?"

This is a lot of great info. Might make a good lesson.
🚀 Fantastic progress in the community!
Wow — Unathi was up for the challenge and has already completed both courses. That’s an incredible effort. Well done, Unathi! 👏 Seeing members move through the material and apply what they’re learning is exactly what this community is about. Every time someone completes a lesson or tries a new AI prompt, it helps all of us see what’s possible. If you’re working through the course, take a moment to share your progress with the group. Let us know: • Which lesson you’re on• Something interesting you discovered while using AI• Or a prompt that worked really well for you Often the best ideas come from members learning from each other. Also, good news — Part 2 of the program has been loaded, where we’ll go deeper into using AI to build real professional skills. Let’s keep the momentum going. Looking forward to seeing more updates from everyone. 🚀
