For this tutorial project, I walked them through building an automated workflow in n8n. We set up a form submission trigger, organized the data with Google Sheets, and applied rules to separate feedback based on satisfaction. Then we connected OpenAI to generate thoughtful email bodies and subjects, while ensuring the output was clean and readable by converting HTML to text before sending it through Gmail. The whole setup gave my client a clear, hands-on understanding of how automation can save time while still keeping customer communication personal. The result was not just a working system, but also the confidence to manage and adapt it on their own.
