Im new to this and have been watching the videos, i did the setup and i have my claude.md now but its only discussing the one project that i wanted to start. do i have to create a new Claude.md and do that whole set up process for every new project that i want to start? or is that one Claude.md supposed to go into every project that i start from now on? not sure if i have messed something up or not just looking for some guidance.
