Hi, can using the 'Image Upscaler' app through Canva produce the required results? I uploaded my image to canva and adjusted to be A3. I then used the app through Canva to upscale to 4x and download at max 3.125. Thanks :)

Bit stuck on mockups... hoping someone has some advice. I have two mockup psd templates. I've downloaded my image and placed the image into both mockups > saved as smart object etc. One mockup is perfect and high quality, the other mockup (which I purchased from Etsy) is grainy/blurry. I hope I'm being stupid and missing something completely obvious?

Hi all - another mockup thread, apologies in advance, but haven't seen this asked/can't seem to find the info: I have 2 psd files currently (still hunting for more that I like!) - one file is 300DPI, the other is 72DPI - am I right in saying it doesn't matter what the DPI is when uploading the final template to Etsy as DPI is only relevant to print quality? Should I be focusing on pixel size instead and if yes, what size should I be aiming for when exporting? Also, I'm using Photopea, when I export the images should I be exporting in png? Thanks in advance

How is everybody getting on? I have opened store recently but only got 8 posts just digital stuff atm going to try POD this week at some point do people recommend getting a lot of stuff made and prepare to post every other day or just keep on posting as you go - Thanks in advance
