Is your diet nutrition… or entertainment? 🍽️🧠
Most people try to “eat better” by adding rules. ✅ But the real lever is simpler: nutrient density. Here’s the question 👇 If you ate only the foods in your diet that are truly nutrient-dense (not just calorie-dense), what would you actually be eating? 🤔 That question makes people uncomfortable for a reason. (In a good way.) 😅 One nutrition habit (popular in carnivore circles) that works on any diet is this: Start meals with a protein anchor. 💪 Meat, eggs, fish, beans, tofu, Greek yogurt—whatever fits your choices. Here’s the mini-challenge 🎯 🍴 Eat the protein portion first (or at least half). ⏳ Wait 10 minutes. 🍞🍪 Then decide if you still want the starch/sweet/snack. This isn’t magic ✨ — it’s a simple way to build meals around nutrition + satiety instead of cravings. Try it for 7 days 🗓️ and notice one thing: Do you feel steady and satisfied… or do you keep “needing something” after you eat? ⚖️

Censorship Hurts Creators
Comics and graphic novels are facing a new wave of censorship. The impact? It lands hardest on independent creators: those without big publishers or legal teams behind them. When a few vocal groups drive organized book bans, it’s not just well-known series that get targeted. Indie writers and illustrators are the first to feel the chill, often forced into self-censorship or kept out of libraries and classrooms altogether. This climate of fear makes it tougher to tell authentic stories, especially for marginalized voices. When comics dealing with gender, identity, or real-world issues are pulled off shelves, everyone loses. The truth: censorship isn’t just about what’s offensive, it’s about who gets to decide what stories are seen. Have you faced or witnessed comic book censorship? Share your experience below. Let’s keep the conversation going and support creative freedom: especially for independent creators. @Mike Gagnon The stuff that is being removed right now is too graphic to be discussed in public forums, so do you think it is still appropriate to be shown to k-12 students? You will be banned from Youtube, arrested for speaking passages out loud in public, but okay for our kids?

@Mike Gagnon When I was in school, they removed the anatomy section of our English to French dictionary, because it had cartoon images of both male and female characters, and you could see the shape of a cartoon breast. 🤡 Today, the content can get you arrested when speaking it to an adult in public. Sorry but not appropriate for k-12 education purposes. Sure there are sex scenes in numerous pieces of lit, read Stephen King's IT, there is some questionable content without a doubt, but that isn't the purpose of the book, whereas these are meant to be obtuse and offensive. This isn't literature, but pure garbage trying to be pushed as revolutionary when it is all ideological indoctrination. Do you know the material you are defending? There is no excuse for this material to be in schools, as it has no intrinsic value beyond spreading hate and division. If you want this stuff, you can still buy it, they aren't being Censored. Remember words have meanings, Censored means you can't get it anywhere, you could be arrested for owning it, or executed in some countries. So many people misuse words when they are passionate about things, like those screaming about nazis, fascists and communists, not realizing they are part of the same political sphere. There is no horseshoe theory from Freedom to Authoritarianism.
How I Get $1,000/mo Clients on Skool (No Following Required)
Most people treat Skool like LinkedIn - make content, slide into DMs, pitch your offer. I did the opposite and landed my first $1,000/mo client. No following. No cold outreach. No "hey, saw your comment" DMs. The counterintuitive part? I made them come to ME by doing the one thing most people skip. Broke down the whole method in the video below - it's probably not what you'd expect Curious if anyone else has tried something similar or if this sounds completely backwards to you?

I wish this example rang true for everyone, but alas it is not reality.
🥩 The “First Meal Anchor” Trick (Even If You’re Not Carnivore)
One of the fastest ways to calm cravings and mood swings has nothing to do with willpower… and everything to do with how you eat your first real meal of the day. Most people start the day with: - Toast, cereal, fruit, “healthy” granola - Or worse: just coffee and vibes ☕️ Then by afternoon they’re: - Irritable - Craving sugar - Raiding the pantry Here’s a simple experiment that works whether you’re carnivore, low carb, or just “trying to do better”: For the next 3–5 days: 1. Make your first real meal mostly protein and fat. Examples: - Eggs + bacon - Ground beef with a bit of cheese - Salmon and eggs - Leftover steak with butter 2. Skip the big hit of carbs in that first meal. - No toast, cereal, juice, pastries, big fruit bowls - If you must have carbs, keep it small and eat it after your protein 3. Watch what happens to: - Your 10-11 am. snack urge - Your afternoon energy - Your mood in the evening Why this works: Starting the day with protein and fat keeps blood sugar steadier and gives your brain the amino acids it needs to function. That means fewer crashes → fewer “I have no self-control” moments. This is one of the quiet levers we use in carnivore: win the first meal, and the rest of the day gets easier by default.

“Pub” energy: business + fun + community 🎭🧠🍻
Some communities feel like a sales webinar that never ends. The Void Tavern feels more like a pub for builders: real talk, real laughs, and real progress. There are rooms for business troubleshooting, rooms for music and memes, and a corner for venting when life is being a gremlin. You don’t have to be “on” all the time to belong here. Show up messy, show up quiet, show up motivated—just show up. If that sounds like your kind of place, here’s the door
