I’m talking to an owner and the numbers are right but he says the lease isn’t up for another 4 months. Any advice?

@Gordon Ballantyne I’ve honestly been thinking about it for year just never had the courage to. But when my job told me I couldn’t go to my uncles funeral it just pushed me over that edge.
