Hey Selah Sisters! Our Selah Social Club Meet is next weekend and I need to confirm numbers on who will be attending. There are only 3 spots left! Our event this month is a UV Resin Crafting Workshop on: •October 3 at 11:00am in Cold Lake •Cost is $64/person (payment the day of the event) You will create 2 pieces, that can be pendants, earrings, car charms, bracelets, bookmarks, suncatchers or keychains! ✨️ You have the choice of an ocean or botanical theme for your pieces! We will be carpooling from Holly's if you'd like to join us, to save on gas. Please RVSP by tomorrow (September 26th) and if you have any questions feel free to send me a message!

Hey Selah sisters! This week I'm sharing this easy and delicious Honey-Jalelpeño Beef Bake. You can find it under Main Dishes in the Recipe Vault. But we're starting something new! Every time I share a recipe you can join in and share something too. If you have a yummy recipe that you're loving right now, share it with us in the comments and who knows, I might even add yours, to the Vault! Post your recipes and photos and let's make something delicious and nutritious this weekend 😋

I'm thrilled to announce we have a new Selah member! @Grace Marty ! Let's welcome her in 🥰 This group grows because women in it decide to make room for each other, and value this space. Feel free to share what Selah Wellness has done for you or what your favorite Selah Social Club event has been so far! We look forward to moving forward on this journey with you Grace. Glad you're here. 💜
