Stop Using Time as an Excuse
One of the biggest myths I hear is: "I'd love to do property, but I just don't have the time." The truth is, nobody magically finds extra hours in the day. The people making progress are often the busiest. They have demanding jobs, family commitments, social lives, and all the same challenges everyone else faces. The difference? They decide to prioritise building their future instead of waiting for the perfect moment. In this short video, you'll hear from members who have done exactly that. They share how they pushed through procrastination, supported each other, leaned into the community, and kept moving forward even when things felt uncomfortable. If you've been sitting on the fence, waiting for the "right time" to take action, this one is worth a watch. Remember: progress doesn't come from having more time. It comes from making a decision and taking the first step. Watch the video and let me know your biggest takeaway below. 👇

Blunt and encouraging advice that needs to be heard - no fluff !!
🏡 Another Deal Closed Successfully.
Today I'm grateful to have completed another property deal. Every time a deal completes, I'm reminded that property isn't just about finding opportunities. It's about having the ability to act when those opportunities appear. Over the years, one lesson has become very clear: The investors who move fastest are rarely the ones with the most knowledge. They're usually the ones with the strongest financial position and cash flow behind them. Property can create incredible wealth, but deals don't always pay you when you need them to. Timelines move. Refinances get delayed. Sales take longer than expected. Opportunities arrive unexpectedly. That's why I've always believed in building multiple streams of income alongside property. Having a financial backup plan gives you options. It allows you to stay patient when others panic, move quickly when opportunities appear, and continue building when others are forced to stop. This completed deal is another step forward, but the bigger vision is even more exciting. My next goal is ground-up development. Creating something from the ground up, adding real value, and building larger projects that leave a lasting impact. For anyone currently trying to grow their portfolio, raise capital, or close more deals, ask yourself, What would change if I had an additional income stream consistently supporting my property business? That single question changed a lot for me. Onwards and upwards. The mission continues. 🚀 #PropertyInvestment #DealClosed #GroundUpDevelopment #PropertyInvestor #WealthBuilding #MultipleIncomeStreams #FinancialFreedom #PropertyBusiness

Well done Jocelyn, so happy for you👍
The right mentor can change the direction of your life.
This short clip really hit home for me because it’s true… as long as you’ve still got breath in your body, there’s still another level for you to reach. A lot of people think they’ve run out of options, but most of the time they’ve just not found the right environment, the right people, or the right skills yet. One thing I’ve learned over the years… success leaves clues. Find people who are already living the life you want, learn from them, and actually apply what they teach you. That’s when things start changing. The part I loved most in this video was the reminder that those ideas, goals, and desires you’ve got inside you aren’t there by accident… but they do need developing. Watch this one right through 👊 Would love to know your biggest takeaway from it.

The takeaway for me was...'' as long as you have life and breath..'' because without this, everything is dead - no desire, no vision, no hope, no implementation, no results, no success, no winners equals graveyard. Secondly, getting a mentor, someone who knows more than you; ie humbling yourself to be teachable and implementing that advice and skill set; finally, the golden nugget Liam was seeing the expression on your face when 'secret desires' was mentioned - for it is from there that one 'conceives' and goes on to 'birth'.... amazing and compounding advice/statement. gBrilliant.
Currently working on this property opportunity and I’d value some honest feedback from the community
Working on this particular property at the moment and thought I’d throw it to the community to get a few different sets of eyes on it. Always interesting to hear how others would view the same opportunity, whether from an investment, flip, buy-to-let, development, or exit strategy angle. They priced: 80,000 pounds At first glance, what stands out to you? Any opportunities, concerns, or angles you’d personally look deeper into before moving forward? Appreciate honest opinions sometimes one comment can make you see something differently.

If garage is not important I see opportunity to convert it into small self contained studio that can fetch an extra stream of income..or extra space for family stay overs. Goodluck🙏🏽 Grace xx.
From Long Days on the Road to Time Freedom - Paul Snotra’s Journey
Paul Snotra’s journey is a solid reminder of what’s possible when you stop trying to do everything alone and start taking focused action. He came from long, demanding days running a vehicle transport business always busy, always moving, but not really getting closer to the lifestyle he wanted. More time with his kids, more freedom, more control. That was the real goal. After he finds me on YouTube, Paul didn’t just watch and hope. He got involved. Joined a training event, stepped into advanced training, and committed to high-level mentoring. He backed himself. Then he kept it simple. Rent-to-Rent. Consistent lead generation with a VA. Picking up the phone. Building relationships. Following up when others wouldn’t. 18 months later, 4 deals secured. Around £750 per month per property. Started with just £1,500–£2,000 on his first deal. And now managing it all in just 1–2 hours a week per deal. But the real win? More time with his kids. Less time on the road. More belief in himself. A completely different mindset where challenges aren’t obstacles anymore, they’re opportunities. This is what happens when you stay consistent, focus on people, and commit to the process. Big congratulations to Paul Snotra 👏 Now let’s bring it back to you: What’s one action you’ve been putting off that you know could move you forward? And if Paul can do this starting where he was… what’s actually stopping you right now?
