Session 2 is just as potent I’m a single mum and have raised my son without any family support I have had relationships … but wouldn’t have another child because I knew my son played the “I’m not wanted “. I’m a problem mindset .., I feel it in him My son’s father passed away before he was born … My son is now 18 and I home schooled him .. he started at Steiner In primary but has never been to high school… Just wanting to ask for guidance of how to support him to become whole It is a difficult path ….

I have a prison not sure what it comes under but I always feel like I’ve done something wrong I constantly feel like people are judging me and I should just stay small because it is safer here … I struggle with talking in rooms full of people because I can’t read everyone at once …

After watching the first session I’ve thought to ask Jag I have fibromyalgia I need to upgrade my software as I’m told it is due to trauma stuck in my muscles … I’m starting to upgrade by joining your app xx Can you give me any more advice of how I could heal this in my body .
