developmentrunning

Before starting with Lewis, I had run my first half marathon in a time of 1.33. After following a plan he had created I knocked this down to 1.27.45 in October 2025. In feb 2026 I ran my first marathon in 3.09 using Lewis’ plan. I recently ran another half in 1.26.12 off the back of Lewis’ support and hope to get close to 3 hours in my next marathon plan. I highly recommend using Lewis, his experience and knowledge have transformed my running and I will continue to use him going forwards!
