🚀 Start Here — No BS AI™ (Read First)
Welcome. This community is built for one audience: founders, agency owners, and operators who want AI that actually makes them money — not demos, not hype, not theory. I’m Bobby V. Fractional CTO behind NoBSAI. In the last 18 months I’ve shipped 40+ automations for real paying clients — home services, agencies, coaches. Most of them are boring 4-node workflows that print 5-figures in recovered labor and revenue. Almost none involve AI agents. This room is where I show the actual builds, numbers, and the failures. No fluff. No pitch. What this community IS about: → Workflow teardowns (n8n, Zapier, Make) — real configs, real clients → Client case studies with real numbers — the wins and the failures → Office Hours live every Tuesday — bring a problem, leave with a build → How to sell AI automation to non-technical clients → What breaks in production and how to fix it fast What this community is NOT about: → Passive-income AI side hustles → Prompt libraries or “ChatGPT hacks” → Tire kickers who’ve never billed a client a dollar → Any AI hype not backed by a production build Start here in this order: 1. Drop an intro in the 👋 Intros & Networking category — 3 sentences: what you do, what you’re building with AI, what you’re stuck on. 2. Comment “send it” below and I’ll DM you the n8n workflow from a $2M home services client — the one that drove 22% more jobs booked in 30 days. 3. Join Office Hours every Tuesday — bring a problem, leave with a build. One ground rule: post specifics, not vibes. Tools, numbers, outcomes. That’s the standard here. See you inside.

The 5 Biggest Mistakes That Kill Your LinkedIn Outreach (And How to Fix Them)
After watching hundreds of members run the 100-a-Day system, I see the same 5 mistakes over and over. 1. Pitching on the first message. Nobody buys from a stranger. Lead with curiosity, not a sales deck. 2. Targeting everyone. If your ICP is "anyone with a pulse," your conversion rate will be 0%. Get specific: industry, title, company size. 3. Quitting after Day 7. The system compounds. Week 1 feels slow. Week 3 is where the magic happens. Trust the math. 4. Copy-paste templates with zero personalization. People can smell a template from a mile away. Reference their post, their company, something real. 5. Not tracking your numbers. If you don't know your reply rate, acceptance rate, and conversation-to-call ratio, you're flying blind. The data tells you exactly what to fix. Which of these mistakes have you caught yourself making? Drop a number below and I'll share the exact fix. (P.S. If you're tired of fixing these yourself, our DFY team handles all of this for you. DM me "DFY" if you want details.)

7-Day Sprint Challenge — Winner Gets a FREE Month of DFY
Here's the deal. Starting tomorrow, we're running a 7-Day Sprint. One goal. Seven days. No excuses. The rules: → Send 100 personalized outreach messages per day (700 total) → Post ONE piece of thought leadership daily (7 posts) → Comment on 10 decision-maker posts per day (70 comments) → Log your numbers in this thread EVERY single day That's it. Pure volume + consistency. Why 7 days? Because that's how long it takes for the data to start talking. By Day 4, you'll see which messages actually convert. By Day 7, you'll have 100+ conversations in motion and a handful of booked calls. The math doesn't lie: 700 DMs × 5% response = 35 conversations 35 conversations × 20% close = 7 booked calls 7 calls × 30% close = 2 new clients Two clients. In seven days. From a system you ran yourself. THE PRIZE: Whoever logs the most CONSISTENT daily numbers (not the highest — the most consistent) gets ONE FULL MONTH of the DFY engine FREE. 9 automated workflows, 60+ AI comments/day, thought leadership posts running on autopilot while you sleep. Check in here daily with your numbers. No number = no entry. Missed day = disqualified. The grind is temporary. The leverage is permanent. And if after 7 days you realize doing this by hand is brutal — the engine is waiting at students.nobsai.app. The full machine running for you automatically. Drop a 🚀 below if you're in. I want names. Who's running the sprint with me?

Week 3 Check-In: Drop Your Wins (Big or Small)
We're 3 weeks into the cycle — and this is the check-in I look forward to most. Not because of vanity metrics. Because Week 3 is where the compounding finally kicks in. The outreach you sent in Week 1 is turning into replies. The replies are turning into calls. The calls are becoming pipeline. Here's what I want from you today: drop ONE win in the comments. Big or small. It all counts. A CXO who finally replied. A booked discovery call. A comment on a dream-client post that got real traction. A profile view from someone in your ICP. Even a mindset shift — showing up on a day you didn't feel like it. The grind in Weeks 1 and 2 doesn't pay out immediately. Week 3 is where the math starts working for you instead of against you. And if you're still stuck in the "no replies" phase — post that too. I'll personally drop a playbook adjustment in the thread. The DIY path works when you work it. But if you've been logging wins and you're ready to stop running the plays manually, the DFY system runs the whole engine for you: https://students.nobsai.app Drop your Week 3 win below. Let's celebrate loud. 👇

Week 3 win: our LinkedIn engine just crossed 60+ personalized comments/day for a client -- and they booked 3 discovery calls this week without lifting a finger. The compounding is real. Drop your wins below, even the small ones add up faster than you think.
You're Going to Get Rejected. Good.
Let me be real with you for a second. If you're doing outreach the right way — sending personalized messages, reaching out to decision makers, putting yourself out there — you WILL get rejected. People will ignore you. Some will say "not interested." A few might even be rude about it. And that's exactly how it's supposed to work. Here's the math that changed everything for me: If you send 50 outreach messages and get 5 responses, that's a 10% response rate. That means 45 people said nothing. Most people look at those 45 and feel like a failure. Winners look at those 5 and see pipeline. The truth is, rejection isn't the opposite of success — it's the cost of it. Every "no" gets you closer to the "yes" that changes your trajectory. Every ignored message is just someone who wasn't ready yet. The people who win at this game aren't the ones who never get rejected. They're the ones who got rejected MORE than everyone else — because they showed up more. Here's what I want you to internalize today: - Rejection is data, not a verdict - - A "no" today might be a "yes" in 90 days - - The only real failure is not sending the message at all - - Your competition quit after 10 messages. You won't. I've seen members in this community go from zero responses to landing interviews and clients — not because they found some magic script, but because they refused to let rejection stop them. If you're in your first two weeks of outreach and feeling discouraged, that's NORMAL. You're building a muscle. It gets easier. The responses start coming. But only if you keep going. For those of you who want to skip the rejection phase entirely and have a proven system handle the outreach for you — that's exactly what our DFY program does. More on that soon at students.nobsai.app. Drop a 💪 in the comments if you're pushing through the rejection and showing up anyway. I want to see who's in this for real.

This is the mindset shift that separates people who build pipelines from people who stay stuck. Rejection is just data — it means your message landed, someone read it, and it was not the right fit. That is infinitely better than silence from doing nothing. The 50-message math is the cheat code: you only need 5 yeses to fill your calendar. The other 45 were never your clients anyway.

Reminder for everyone reading this: rejection is just data. Every "no" gets you closer to the right "yes." The people who win at outreach aren't the ones who never get rejected -- they're the ones who don't stop after the first 10. Keep going.
