I am an intermediate to advanced lifter but this program helped me build a much better routine. Everything makes perfect sense. Also, Ryan is an intelligent individual, I can see he put a lot of thought behind this and years of experience. I wasn’t super excited about paying for some workout split but this much more than that. Props and if you need a solid base or you need a finishing touch to your plan, check it out, it’s worth much more than 30 a month.
