I question if you are saying 50mg of Ace or E because those are 2 different things. I will say I would consider 21mg of ace Monday Wednesday and Friday a low dose and I feel like i get all the benefits with absolutely no sides at all.

Ive recently started tracking my sleep and its interesting to see how my body feels waking up at different amounts of sleep, goes through the day and responds when doing cardio or lifting on low, good and excellent levels of sleep and also the quality because 6 good hours is better than 9 shitty hours

What's your real caffeine cutoff? Be honest.
Be real – what time did you have your last caffeine of the day? If it's after 2pm, your sleep architecture is already cooked. Tren guys especially – that half-life is nasty. What's your real caffeine cutoff? And what's your sleep stack? Mag? Apigenin? Glycine?
