The simplest setup Iโ€™ve found for actually getting an online store off the ground
One thing Iโ€™ve noticed with starting an online business: Itโ€™s surprisingly easy to spend more time preparing to build than actually building. Researching products. Saving ideas. Watching tutorials. Writing down things you โ€œneed to do.โ€ Then suddenly you have 30 tabs open and still havenโ€™t launched anything. Iโ€™ve been trying to keep my setup much simpler: - AI โ†’ product research, brainstorming, copy ideas, and getting unstuck - Floment โ†’ breaking the launch into actual projects and daily to-dos so thereโ€™s always a next action - Store platform โ†’ obviously where the actual selling happens - Notion โ†’ keeping useful research, ideas, and processes organized The biggest shift for me was treating the store launch like a project instead of one giant task called โ€œstart an online business.โ€ For example: Launch store โ†’ Pick product โ†’ Create offer โ†’ Build product page โ†’ Create 3โ€“5 pieces of content โ†’ Test traffic โ†’ Review results โ†’ Improve the offer Nothing fancy. Just making the next step obvious. A tool like Floment is useful for this because it combines project planning, to-dos, progress, and community in one workspace instead of making you bounce between five different apps. Still, the system matters more than the tool. Whatโ€™s the one thing youโ€™re currently stuck on with your store, product selection, building the site, getting traffic, or making that first sale?

@Ethan Walker Hi Ethan! Glad to hear youโ€™re doing well I could see weโ€™re both in this community, so I thought Iโ€™d reach out. If you donโ€™t mind me asking, have you already gotten started with dropshipping, or are you still new to everything? Looking forward to hearing from you!
